Who are we?

 

We are Fednot, the Royal Federation of Belgian Notaries, one of the largest employers' federations of the country.

Every year, 2.5 million Belgians rely on the independent advice of a notary. At Fednot, we support notaries so they can do what they do best : help citizens at important moments in their lives.

Fednot supports notaries' offices in their day-to-day operations: providing legal advice, office management, IT solutions, training and information for the general public.

 

To reinforce our Customer Care departement, we are looking for a :

 

On-Site IT Support Agent (m/f/x)

 

Are you passionate about IT and ready to join a dynamic and collaborative team? As an On-Site IT Support Agent at Fednot, you will work directly on-site in our central Brussels office, providing hands-on support to around 300 users who work in the same building. Your proximity to the end-users allows you to respond quickly and efficiently, solving their technical issues face-to-face and ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience.In this role, you’ll collaborate with a young, energetic team, contributing to innovative IT projects while delivering high-quality, personalized support. We pride ourselves on fostering a positive work environment where you can grow and share your ideas, all while maintaining excellent service standards.

You have a strong affinity for ICT and combine IT knowledge and understanding of users priorities to deliver IT Care services with high quality standards? You’re eager to make a real impact by working closely with users in a dynamic on-site environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you! 

 

Your key responsibilities :

  • Workplace Software, devices and printing solutions: you distribute, install and maintain the end users hardware and software.
  • You handle service requests in general, access management requests and provide support to users experiencing software and hardware problems.
  • You capture and log correctly the technical issues or requests of our end-users.
  • You analyze tickets and other metrics to detect recurring incidents.
  • You are encouraged to suggest technical and technological changes to improve user experience and satisfaction and contributes to enhance team efficiency. You will learn and do so much more!

You have/You are...

  • Preferably a bachelor in Information Technology, or equivalent level acquired through experience ;
  • At least 1 year experience in a IT Service Desk environment with a good knowledge and a keen interest in IT tools.
  • You are fluent in either French or Dutch with a good understanding of the other national language and IT-related English
  • You are customer oriented:
    • A good listener, able to effectively capture and document the client demands
    • Ability to translate technical matters into end-user language is key for an IT Care agent
    • Strong ability to manage customers and end-users is a must
  • Main processes, systems, used tools:
    • Windows Operating system o Office365 (exchange online)
    • Autopilot
    • Active Directory o Cisco call manager (CUCCX) & Cisco contact center express (CUCM)
    • Omnitracker as ITSM tool (ticketing, knowledge base, Standard Solutions, asset management, contract management)
    • ITIL
    • Mobile devices, Tablets on IOS and android o Printers (Canon + uniflow)

Our offices are located at Bergstraat 30, 1000 Brussels. They are easily accessible by public transport (metro and train) and by car.

 

Where are you going to work?

Hybrid: In the office & Homeworking (20% to 40%).
